After spending the first seven years of her career with Tetra Tech, Stacey DePasquale established SDE in 1999. In addition to a broad range of storm water and wastewater engineering services, SDE provides construction oversight/management and environmental services for public and private clients. On average, the SDE field force comprises ten technicians and support personnel. Most have earned engineering or environmental science degrees; all are "seasoned professionals." To ensure that performance in the field remains at the very highest levels, SDE conducts rigorous, ongoing professional development programs.
