Screened Porches
Custom aluminum screened porches create comfortable outdoor living spaces. Our designs include chair rails, gutters, and 20/20 vinyl insect screening for durability. Structures can be built on existing decks or concrete pads with optional cathedral ceilings and vinyl windows. All porches feature maintenance-free aluminum construction that resists weather damage while preserving interior views.
Aluminum Carports
Durable aluminum carports protect vehicles and equipment with rust-free construction. Available as freestanding or attached models, our shelters meet or exceed SBC code requirements with snow load capacity up to 25lbs and wind resistance up to 100mph. Options include gutter systems and 8-color customization to match property aesthetics while providing decades of low-maintenance protection.
Sunrooms
Fully insulated sunrooms transform outdoor spaces into year-round living areas. Our designs incorporate vinyl windows, double-insulated glass, and HVAC integration for climate control. Aluminum framing ensures structural integrity with customizable features like skylights, ceiling fans, and vertical/horizontal sliding windows. All sunrooms maintain energy efficiency while expanding usable home space.
Patio Covers
All-aluminum patio covers provide weather protection for outdoor living areas. Available with or without gutters, our covers attach to existing structures or stand independently. The 2" thick foil-faced polystyrene insulation reduces heat transfer while white panels reflect sunlight, potentially lowering utility bills by 30% through improved energy efficiency.
Royal Roofover
Interlocking Royal Roofover panels create weather-resistant mobile home roofing systems. The 2" insulated panels increase R-value by 144% while reducing roof noise and eliminating coating requirements. Aluminum construction with up to 2' overhang directs water away from structures, providing maintenance-free protection that lowers energy costs through superior thermal performance.
