We will meet with you to analyze your facility needs, then custom design, build and install the right system for your building or complex. After installation, we continue to work with you to maintain optimum system performance through a customized service contract. Established in 1983, Temperature Services Inc. (TSI) is a select group of experienced heating, refrigeration and air conditioning professionals. With more than 34 years experience in the field we have developed many long term customer relationships.

Our service capabilities cover a wide range of equipment. We offer service on all types of HVAC equipment, valves, pumps, control air systems, exhaust systems, piping repair and replacement. We also offer Service and Maintenance Contracts. All estimating and customer related issues are handled by our owners Mark and Mike McKay, feeling that this is the best way to service our customers' needs. We offer 24-hour service, 7 days a week. All phone calls are returned day or night. TSI specializes in the custom design, construction, installation and maintenance of building mechanical systems for industrial, commercial and institutional applications.
