With over 40 years of experience, we address both subterranean and drywood termite infestations in residential and commercial properties.

Technicians perform detailed inspections to identify infestation sources and apply solutions that target hiding spots in mattresses, furniture, and wall voids while minimizing disruption to daily activities.

We implement exclusion techniques and trapping systems to remove rodents from properties while preventing re-entry. Our technicians identify entry points, seal gaps, and apply deterrents to eliminate infestations of mice and rats that pose health risks and property damage.
Commercial Pest Control
Customized pest management programs protect commercial properties including restaurants, warehouses, and office buildings. We conduct routine inspections, implement preventive measures, and use commercial-grade treatments that comply with health regulations while minimizing business disruption.

I had a pesky ant problem. My landlord called Lien and sent Marcus my way. He was awesome. He came in and not only checked the kitchen where the initial problem was but then also checked all around the first floor of my apartment. He sprayed the entire thing and used it as a teaching moment! He educated me on where he was spraying and why and also gave me tips to keep the ants away. Thank you!

I called Lien Pest Control today basically just for advice. Pat spent several minutes on the phone with me, listened attentively to my problem, and determined that I really did not need them to come out to my mom's house. It was so refreshing to talk to an honest company, rather than someone just trying to make a buck any way they can. The next time my mom does need a pest control company, she will definitely call Lien! Trusting a company is the key to good business!
