Your Home Services, LLC. is a residential remodeling contractor specializing in custom designs, high quality construction and personal service with a commitment to ensuring that the customer is completely satisfied when the project is finished. My name is Larry Loftus. As Owner and General Contractor of Your Home Services, I am personally involved with every aspect of your project and perform the majority of the work myself. My projects include Master Suites, Whole House Renovations, Basements, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Steam Baths, Ceramic and Natural Stone Work, Windows, Decks, Patios, Driveways and Landscaping.
My name is Larry Loftus and I am the Owner and General Contractor. I am currently 51 years old. My wife Sheri and I have three daughters and four grandchildren. I live in Maple Grove but do a lot of work in the Tangle Town / Minnehaha Creek area of South Minneapolis, Minnetonka and the Northwest suburbs. I have remodeled homes for the past 30 years while also working as a Real Estate Agent (part time) and as an Aircraft Mechanic for 23 years. I left Northwest Airlines and became a full time General Contractor in April 2006 and started Your Home Services.
