Now that all of the plans are finalized, we are ready to start your remodel! Your interior designer will turn into your project manager, who, along with a designated lead carpenter, will meet with you to discuss all aspects of your remodel. Having your designer double as your project manager ensures a seamless transition from the design to the construction phase. They know your project intimately inside and out, and are there to make sure it's done correctly. They are in charge of ordering all your materials, managing the trade experts, coordinating installations, inspections, and ensuring project adherence and quality.
We talk with lots of homeowners every year that are curious about improving their lifestyle and their home. Whether it's a kitchen remodel, adding a master bathroom, finishing a basement or a full addition there is always a project in mind. Whatever project our clients are thinking of, many start with these questions. What is possible with my space? What will my space look like? How much will my remodel cost? How long does the remodeling process take? You are preparing to make a significant change in your home.
Typically, clients love bits and pieces from each of the design options presented during the Discovery Phase. Your interior designer will take your concept plans and start to refine them, finalizing every last detail of the layout for your new space. Material selections become reality with your Interior Designer presenting you different interior finish collections for your remodel based on your style and budget. This will include cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, lighting, fixtures - anything and everything that will make up your space!
