I had a very bad leak in the crawl space above my bathroom. Cody came out from Nexgen and has been our savior throughout this whole process. I am a fairly young homeowner, so I am very naive and vulnerable when it comes to contract work. I am so thankful I found Nexgen. If it wasn’t for Cody and his team, this entire process could’ve been a disaster. It is because of their expertise, that I now have a brand new roof and siding. Something that I thought I would’ve had to pay solely out of pocket for, turned into a massive insurance claim for hail damage. I would use Cody as a sales person again for Nexgen. Very nice knowledge sales person. There was not one question he could not answer and Nexgen has been an amazing company to work with and do nothing but quality work, and if it’s not they will make sure it is until it’s right.

We just had Nexgen do our roof and installed gutters, Jonah was very easy to work with, Ross made sure we were very satisfied with the work and made sure any issues that arose were dealt with right away, Roof looks wonderful, job was finished the same day even with finding problems and having to re-deck a lot of the roof. Then a couple weeks after we received our gutters and downspouts with leafree gutter covers, great match and very satisfied with the work, we will be Recommending NexGen Exteriors to all of our friends and family needing a roof. I would and have recommended NexGen Exteriors to friends and family. Ann Ruud the Sales Mgr. was so easy to talk to and so helpful in explaining the process. She even went the extra mile for us with meeting on 2 occassions with the Ins. company, which was a big plus for us. The crew that tore off and put on our new roof were VERY careful about picking up all debris (nails). They worked on an almost 100 degree day and were very polite despite. Ann also was able to help my neighbor who was working with a difficult Insurance Company get a new roof. Cant say enough, I will continue to refer NexGen-Call Ann Ruud!

Dan stopped out this evening to evaluate our house after a recent hail storm. He was honest and professional. I work in heavy industrial design and construction and have seen all types of contractors. Dan was honest and truthful in letting us know our roof did NOT need to be replaced or repaired.
