Services
Built-Up Roofing
Our built-up roofing systems use hot asphalt or cold adhesives for durable, multi-layer protection. Manufactured by industry leaders like Firestone and Soprema, these systems provide exceptional waterproofing for commercial buildings. Ideal for flat or low-slope roofs, they combine traditional reliability with modern material advancements.
EPDM Roofing
We install fully-adhered or mechanically-attached EPDM systems from Firestone and Versico. These single-ply membranes offer excellent weather resistance and flexibility. EPDM roofs provide cost-effective, durable solutions with proven performance in various commercial applications across the St. Louis region.
TPO Roofing
Our TPO systems feature reflective white membranes that reduce cooling costs by up to 30%. Available in fully-adhered or mechanical options, these energy-efficient roofs combine durability with environmental benefits. TPO membranes deliver superior resistance to UV radiation and chemical exposure.
Roof Maintenance
We offer comprehensive maintenance programs combining infrared scans, leak detection, and seasonal inspections. Our proactive approach identifies issues before they escalate, extending roof lifespan while maintaining warranty compliance. Services include substrate repairs and drainage optimization for all roofing types.
Emergency Repairs
Available 24/7 for urgent roof failures, our emergency teams respond immediately to water intrusion incidents. We provide temporary stabilization and permanent repairs for all commercial roof types, minimizing business disruption while preventing structural damage from leaks.
