I received a quote from Wes for removal of a yellow jacket hive yesterday. He asked if it could wait till Monday, or if I needed it sooner. Since I am allergic to stings and have 4 small dogs that I couldn't let out in the yard with the hive, I asked if it could be sooner. Wes made arrangements to come out at 7:15 this morning. He was early, courteous and polite. I truly felt that he cared about my health as well as my pups as he told me to stay inside yesterday and not risk getting stung. He worked efficiently and quickly dealt with a pretty big hive that was hidden from view. He also gave me a guarantee for several days that if I see any activity in the area where the hive was, he will come back and respray. Excellent service and very professional. Will definitely use for any future bug needs I might have. Highly recommend!
