We were awarded our first Unit Price Contract with the University of Nebraska. We focused on small tenant finish projects we could self-perform to keep our entire team busy during the challenging market conditions. We completed our first hotel project in York, Nebraska; it was a Holiday Inn Express and Suites. This would later become our niche market. We are now ranked among the top 40 hotel builders in the nation, and have built for every major brand. We completed the Arena Lofts in the Lincoln Haymarket District.
