Report
We had a bug issue inside our house and wanted them to come out. They said they wouldn't be able to come by for another week which is really long when you are sharing your living space with bugs. We then decided to cancel our service with them and all of a sudden had to pay $150 cancellation fee. I find that absolutely outrageous $150 cancellation fee really?!?! That's just crazy. Needless to say I won't be recommending them to anybody!
