We opened our doors in 1999, during the height of the dot.com era. Our founding principals, David Bonifacic, Vincent Warner and Peter Dussault, were working on a project to enable Verizon to compete in the long distance market and support dot.com companies. The project meant a long road trip to the NFL cities around the country. Their idea was that the market was missing an MEP company that could respond to the fast pace of the dot.com clients and approach the design of engineering systems with a business mind.
This includes the infrastructure deep within a building's core - like generators and boilers - as well as the systems that people interact with every day - like the system that is controlled by the light switch or the thermostat. We're experts in HVAC systems, power systems, sanitation, fire alarm and fire protection systems. The connected world is dynamic, so technology infrastructures systems need to be designed to easily adapt to change. We design technology infrastructures that support applications and services including voice, data, video, security, facilities BAS (building automation systems cabling), smart lighting/IoT, access control, CATV, CCTV, HDTV and emerging low voltage technologies/applications. We listen, comprehend, and then translate clients' technology needs to the built environment.
