Monroe Center for the Arts is the premier arts and business community in Hoboken NJ. Our two main buildings have 180,000 square feet of artist studios, office lofts and retail space ready for lease. The two converted industrial buildings were part of the much larger Levelor blinds factory complex. In 1990 the buildings were renovated for light industrial and artist uses. Managed by Basad Realty since 2011, the new owners have consistently updated and renovated the building in order to suit the growing needs of the businesses community that thrives here.
