Our team of highly experienced Civil Engineers and Inspectors, led by Rob Korkuch, P.E., P.P. / President, have worked with our clients in a wide variety of civil projects. We know the exciting challenges of providing broadly appealing and cost effective project design. Great design is simple, clean and buildable. Long-term relationships are a priority for us. Achieving our clients' goals include environmentally enhancing design components and continually measuring goals in relation to inherent cost-of-maintenance needs and life-cycle benefits.

Led by Ingrid Kohler, L.L.A. / Director of Landscape Architectural Services, our Landscape Architectural Design team plays an integral role in our site planning process. With an understanding of both the challenges and opportunities of every site, we strive to create sustainable and enduring landscape designs. Working closely with our engineers and other team members, we integrate the landscape design with engineered components such as stormwater management practices, parking lot shading and site buffering.

We know that the concepts of sustainability, energy efficiency, resource conservation and remediation are more commonly applied to projects than ever before. Our Environmental Team, led by Junetta Dix, Director of Environmental Services, is well-versed in managing the requirements of environmental regulatory agencies to support project goals and designs. From Solar-Array permitting, to Brownfield Development and Freshwater Wetland permitting, to Environmental Impact Statements - we have the knowledge and relationships to meet our clients' expectations and complete our projects successfully.

Our team of survey professionals, led by Wesley Lane, P.L.S. / Manager of Survey, develop accurate base maps for both internal and external client teams. These maps incorporate terrestrial, bathymetric, 3-dimensional scanning and other measurement techniques to create plans which can be used for a variety of purposes. One of our strengths is knowing what level of detail is needed for the end-use of the mapping product, to minimize cost and maximize value to our clients. Whether it is a Boundary Survey, Bathymetric Survey, Environmental Monitoring measurements, Construction Layout calculations, Volume Survey or other measurement task, our survey team has done it.
