Barrington Homes is a second generation, family owned and operated, custom home design and build company. President Mark Heinauer has been building homes since 1981 and incorporated Barrington Homes in 1991. Since then, Mark's wife, two sons and daughter-in-law have joined and grown the family business. To date, Barrington Homes has built over five hundred homes in the Pittsburgh area, owns and operates a kitchen and bath company, and manages various development projects. What is a Spec Home? Spec homes are some of the most important pieces of our business.
Back in the summer of 2016 we contracted Barrington Homes to assist in the long overdue, extensive remodel of our kitchen. The result of their work far exceeded our expectations and really transformed the look and feel of the first floor of our home. Barrington was quite easy to deal with and their team of contractors and vendors delivered on all deadlines.
