Nick Sr. came from Italy in the 60's to live the American Dream. After working for a few years under other general contractors, he realized that he could start his own company and make a modest living for himself, his wife and his five children. In 1978, with his three brothers by his side they opened a family owned and operated company. They also became an incorporated company, Simiano Construction Co, Inc. Nick Sr. and his three brothers set out to provide quality work by professional for their customers.
