Adam is a Vice President at NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. serving clients of all sizes in the Montgomery, Chester, Berks and Lancaster County regions. Adam has spent many years in the development and management of Apartments, Shopping Centers, Office Buildings, Light Industrial and Self Storage. Prior to joining NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc., Adam was involved in numerous development projects including two shopping centers, an office building, and a self-storage facility. He managed the lease up and redevelopment of several office buildings as well as representing the landlord with the zoning hearing boards of several local municipalities.
Mr. Cullen has had extensive experience serving large corporate and institutional clients in a variety of real estate transactions, principally focusing in the Philadelphia metropolitan region. His responsibilities include acquisitions and dispositions, tenant and buyer representation, development consulting and site selection for major corporations in the Philadelphia region. During his 45-year tenure, Mr. Cullen has played an instrumental role in some of the most storied corporate real estate transactions in the metropolitan Philadelphia area involving AT&T, W.W.
