Scott and an assistant came out to our house exactly when we were told they would arrive. I had tried several other companies who could not get me on their schedule for 3-4 weeks. I needed someone within a few days as we are hosting a party and wanted the fireplace lit for the party. They committed to be at our house within 4 days - 4 days before our party. They were very courteous, neat, and laid a large blanket on the floor in front of the fireplace to work on. Scott asked me what wasn't working and what I had tried to do with our fireplace.
I told him I had tried to re-light the pilot light after I had turned it off to clean the outside glass window but could not get the pilot to re-light. He took the panel apart and inspected the fireplace before making adjustments to the blower and pilot light. He checked his adjustments and showed me where I could adjust the blower speed. I had the blower on the lowest setting and Scott suggested I turn it up higher.
I highly recommend All Points Chimney, Stoves & Fireplaces to everyone. They will be go to fireplace service contractor from now on. Their rates were very competitive and we were very pleased they fixed our problem on the first trip. Mike C in Sylvania, Ohio

Scott and Nathan were very professional when they came out to clean our chimney and wood stove. We also needed a smaller stove to fit our needs better, and we purchased one from All Points. Scott and Nathan came down and installed it. We have been burning for the past several days, and love the new stove. We are happy to have found a company we can trust.
