It grew, from it's humble beginnings, as an electrical contracting company to a multi-faceted real estate firm that owns apartment communities, office parks and retail space, as well as the development, construction and sale of residential single-family homes. It manages and leases all its own properties. Rosetti Properties take a personal interest and a hands-on approach as part of their daily business for all of its properties.
