Standing water either comes from the ground or condensation. Depending on the situation we have the solution. If condensation is the problem a Santa Fe dehumidifier is the best solution. Some homes have water issues coming from the Earth. In these instances we install drain tile or french drains to give the water a path. The path we make for the water to travel prevents any damage and is directed to our sump basin. Once the sump basin reaches a level the sump pump senses the water and turns itself on discharging the water out of the area and away from your home.
