The Albert M. Higley Co. is looking for an experienced Preconstruction Estimator with a passion for construction to join our growing team in Pittsburgh, PA. If you understand commercial construction systems and have experience working as an Estimator for a commercial general contractor or a commercial construction manager and would like to advance your career in Preconstruction, we would like to talk to you. The Preconstruction Estimator will work closely with the preconstruction team, taking the lead in producing estimates and forecasting costs for all general trades in a variety of construction applications.

Gareth received a BEng in Civil Engineering in 1991 from University of Trent in the United Kingdom, and in 1993, a M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
From its inception, the company served as a general contractor in the commercial, institutional, and industrial marketplaces from its Cleveland headquarters. Though predominately focused in Ohio, the company also has completed projects for select clients in Indiana, Maryland, New York, Virginia, and West Virginia. Bruce Higley graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in civil engineering in 1980. In 1984, he continued his family's legacy by returning to The Albert M. Higley Co. In 1990, he became Executive Vice President and added the title of Corporate Treasurer in 1992.
