Witherup provides tank repair/modification services to help customers repurpose or extend the life of existing tanks. Repair/modification services are performed in accordance with API 653 and often includes new tank bottoms, shell repairs, and roof repair/replacements including internal floating roofs and floating roof seals. Witherup has extensive experience in lifting, supporting, moving, and lowering tanks from 20ft. Witherup also provides turnkey design-build services for those modifications that require engineering, such as adding roofs to existing open top tanks or increasing shell height.
