The C-TRAN Green Team is an employee-led initiative dedicated to making this a cleaner, greener agency. In recent years the group has helped implement a series of internal changes to improve C-TRAN's green practices, as well as provide resources and tips for employees to use in their own lives.
We'll remember 2020 as a challenging year, but also one of resilience.
Next Thursday, March 18, is national Transit Employee Appreciation Day! (It should be every day, but we digress.)
Heads up: Starting next week, we're deploying 60-foot buses to Route 37 in order to increase capacity and improve distancing among passengers.
The C-TRAN Board of Directors is made up of elected leaders from each of the jurisdictions we serve in our community. Clark County Councilor Temple Lentz joined the C-TRAN board in 2020, stepping into the role of vice chair in 2021. We caught up with Councilor Lentz recently for a brief Q&A.
On this #InternationalWo mensDay, we celebrate all of the amazing women who have shaped this community, past and present, and continue to shape a better future for everyone. The flag flying at C-TRAN facilities throughout this month encourages us to "learn her story." Share her story.
