The Pennsylvanian - This was an extremely challenging historic renovation with significant features, completed in a lump sum delivery process requiring oversight of up to 425 craftsman per day. The project was delivered in 15 months, and received the Award of Merit from the Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation. Bob Mistick has been in the construction business for over 40 years, beginning as a young man working in his father's construction company. He led the company as President of Mistick Construction Company for the past 30 years.
