Team Turf

The lawn care services program at Team Turf combines organic material to feed life into the soil. Many Charlotte lawn care companies omit this very important step in achieving a dark-green grass color throughout their lawns and a healthy stand of grass. Through the addition of organic materials, our lawn care services program uses less traditional, synthetic fertilizer than other programs that do not incorporate organics. We believe that both products are necessary to achieve green, weed-free lawns.

We start by aerating your lawn with our walk behind core aerators, aeravators, power core aerators and hand tools. Whatever your lawn needs, we have the right equipment and the best trained technicians for your lawn renovation to begin! Aeration relieves lawn compaction and allows the water and nutrients to flow to the root system of your fescue grass. We generously apply premium "blue tag certified" 100% weed-free fescue seed carefully selected to withstand the disease, drought and heat of the Charlotte area summers.

Our lawn care services are unique! All of our lawn care programs include pre-emergent weed controls, calcium, micro-nutrients, both liquid and granular fertilizers along with disease controls and products to help with summer stress. Fortified Organics refers to the fact that we also feed the soil with organic material as well as provide nutrients and health controls for the turf plant all year long. Our lawn care program for fescue lawns includes ten applications per year. Within our regular program, four fungus control applications are included to ensure optimal turf health.
