Lecon, Inc. is a Texas-based, heavy civil general contractor with broad experience serving both public -and private - sector clients. Since inception in 1988, Lecon has steadily grown into one of the region's most productive and respected providers of construction services. From mass grading, to channel reconstruction and excavation/ backfilling, Lecon is driven to meet client needs with an active approach to ensure projects are executed correctly. Lecon was commissioned as one of the few contractors in the wake of Hurricane Harvey to rebuild the city's bayou system.
