ARS Specialty Contractors is an SBA approved construction contractor providing design-build and renovation services to federal, commercial, and residential clients. At its inception, the company focused in the areas of concrete repair, industrial coatings, parking lot striping and signage. Since that time, we have expanded our services to include installation of gypsum underlayment and lightweight concrete. We perform this work under two divisions. Our original division ARS Concrete & Coatings focuses on epoxy coatings, industrial coatings, concrete finishes and repair.
ARS was founded in 2004, formerly known as ARS Decorative Coatings. In November of 2012, the company officially became ARS Specialty Contractors, LLC. We are a proud Hispanic, Woman-Owned construction firm. Elizabeth Yetman Chavez is a licensed attorney who serves as President and CEO, as well as Chief of Contract Administration. Meticulous attention to detail and integrity in every task is the company standard. Our project teams bring a hands-on approach to every project to make sure things go as planned.
