EPB Associates, Inc. was established in April of 2007 to provide civil and structural engineering services for building and infrastructure projects. Mr. Brandao is a consulting civil/structural engineer with over 28 years of engineering, design and management experience. His experience includes the evaluation and design of office and public buildings; industrial, healthcare, educational, retail, sports, religious, telecommunications, transportation and water/wastewater treatment facilities; and parking garages.
