Our team is made up of Project Manager, Quality Control/Quality Assurance, Safety Manager, Job Superintendent and craftsmen. Bio: Thomas Telles is a native of El Paso, Texas. He retired in August 2007 after 30 years from the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Bliss, Texas. Telles served as supervisor of a number of construction related shops during this time. His last position was as Senior Construction QAE, COTR and Inspector with the Job Order Contract Branch (JOC).
