Utah Tile & Roofing, Inc. began a tradition of uncompromising quality over a half-century ago. In 1948, Herman M. Seppi established Eastern Utah Tile & Roofing Company, a Price, Utah company specializing in general construction. After relocating to Salt Lake City in 1966, the company changed its name to Utah Tile & Roofing, Inc. (UTR) and began to focus on roofing, waterproofing, sheet metal, and light construction. Herman's sons, Paul and Andrew Seppi, assumed ownership of the company in 1977 and continued to build a reputation for providing innovative solutions and unmatched craftsmanship in the roofing industry.
