We will nott be going to All Star bowling ever again and will make sure to let all my friends and family our experience! We went bowling on June 10th and my husband made a purchase of cheese fries and 3 sodas at the snack bar. He went to sign the card slipped and they had accidentally charged 912 dollars! She apologized and said she voided it and charged the 13 dollars it really was. Next day we noticed the 912 dollars went through! The guy on the phone was extremely rude to my husband and he had to leave work to go to the store in person to get our refund! The guy just said "accidents happen" with no offer of a real apology or compensation for my husband having to take his lunch hour to go get their mistake fixed. We will never be returning.
Went to All Star lanes and bought the day pass. $25 per person and we had 7 people that were with us. Started playing the arcade games. Lots of these are $1 per play. That meant each kid only got to play 10 times if they did not play a $2 game. We hoped after that we could play a game of bowling. Nope! Not included in the price we paid. Bumper cars would be great if all of them worked. 5 of the 8 were going so we all took turns. Mini golf should be ok. It is a nine hole course that if you hit the ball hard will hit the group in front of you. Spent too much already to eat the food that I have heard is really pretty good. Boondocks is way better for the price.
The Tooele location is a joke. We have the Stallions card which is supposed to be buy one game get one free and guess what, they charge you more per game to use the coupon.what the heck! I'm so disappointed in this place. The lady there kept saying it has always been their policy, but it hasn't! We buy the card every year and they have NEVER tried to charge us more because we have a coupon. She tried to charge us $36 for 5 people to play 2 games each and for 3 kids to rent shoes, then she told us with that without the coupon it would be $3 for the 2 adults a game, and $2.50 for the 3 kids each game. We will NEVER go back. They think just because there isn't much to do in Tooele that they can be dishonest and cheat people. Well think again!
