Electrical Repairs
Our certified electricians provide emergency power outage solutions and electrical safety diagnostics. We handle surge protection and circuit breaker replacements for homes across Hampton Roads. With Generac generator installations, homeowners maintain power during Virginia's frequent storms. Our technicians follow strict NFPA 70E standards for all repairs.
Geothermal Heat Pumps
We install energy-efficient geothermal systems that reduce utility costs by 30-60%. Our licensed technicians design underground loop systems tailored to property size and soil conditions. Systems come with 10-year warranties and include flat-rate pricing for installation. Perfect for rural Surry County properties with available land space.
Crawlspace Insulation
Our encapsulation process prevents moisture intrusion and improves HVAC efficiency by 20-25%. We use closed-cell spray foam and vapor barriers to seal crawlspaces against Virginia's humid climate. The process includes mold remediation and structural reinforcement for long-term home health and energy savings.
Heat Pump Installation
We install Trane and Mitsubishi heat pumps with SEER ratings up to 20.5. Systems provide both heating and cooling in one unit, reducing equipment costs by 40-50%. Our technicians optimize placement for Virginia's climate with proper clearance from vegetation and structures for maximum efficiency.
Drain Jetting
Our hydro-jetting systems clear blockages with 4,000 PSI water streams. We remove tree root intrusions and mineral buildup without damaging pipes. The process includes camera inspections to identify pipe cracks and replacement recommendations. Preventative maintenance extends plumbing system lifespan by 30%.
