Luna Development Services, LLC was founded in 2004 by Michael E. Glenn to provide full-service general contracting and real estate development services. Luna Development quickly built a strong reputation for delivering multi-disciplined services for clients in federal, state and local governments and companies working in the real estate field. Currently responsible for over 14 million dollars in government contracts, and over 12.5 million dollars in commercial development. Offering a multi-discipline approach (design, development, Implementation, construction and management) for all levels of government and private projects.
