Questions
What flooring options work best for Houston's climate?
We recommend luxury vinyl plank, engineered hardwood, and commercial-grade carpet for Houston's humidity. These materials maintain stability and appearance despite temperature and moisture fluctuations.
How long does hardwood floor refinishing take?
Most residential refinishing projects complete in 3-5 days, including drying time. We use fast-curing finishes to minimize disruption while ensuring proper adhesion and durability.
Do you offer warranties on installation services?
Yes, all our installations include a workmanship warranty in addition to manufacturer product warranties. Specific terms are detailed in your project proposal documentation.
Can laminate flooring be installed in bathrooms?
Modern water-resistant laminate options work well in bathrooms when installed with proper moisture barriers. We follow manufacturer guidelines to maintain warranty coverage in these environments.
What's included in a free flooring consultation?
Our consultation includes product selection assistance, space measurement, timeline estimation, and detailed proposal creation. We conduct site assessments to ensure accurate project planning and material recommendations.
How do you handle furniture during installation?
We provide minimal-charge assistance with small furniture items. For complete moves, we recommend professional movers to ensure proper handling of valuable possessions during the flooring process.
