The JRA Team has successfully executed in excess of 500 projects, totaling in excess of $60M. The successfully executed projects vary in scope from design build to plan and spec projects.
JRA has been awarded the plumbing and mechanical contract for the new University of Maryland Landscape Services Building. This is a new ground up two-story office building located adjacent to the Comcast Center. This mechanical work includes the installation of a 37 unit VRV system with a central dedicated outdoor air system with heat recovery to provide tempered make-up air to the building. The plumbing scope requires new utilities to serve multiple restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities.
