PSF successfully met the challenge of providing back-of-house exhaust for this 17- story mixed-use tower sited on a partial block without a bordering alley. Key building mechanical systems include a central condenser water system with high-efficiency boilers and a cooling tower that serves water-source heat pumps. PSF was the mechanical subcontractor on this project and worked with the Engineer of Record, WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff, to provide design assistance and expertise with identifying efficiencies in fabrication and installation.
