Schultz Miller is a Seattle-based, premier builder of high-end homes. In 1981, we started our business with a simple but distinctive idea: Make the experience of building a home predictable, positive, and timely. Our projects have included new construction from small houses to estates; remodels and condominium improvements of every size and scope; and home service jobs from cleaning gutters to replacing windows. Thirty-eight years later, our promise remains unchanged: To provide our clients with a construction experience as exceptional as the homes we build.
We began offering home maintenance and repair service to our clients because we felt that as the builder or remodeler of a home we would know it best. Today we also draw on our deep knowledge and experience to care for homes built by others. Each member of our quick-response team drives a fully equipped utility van and is prepared to take care of everything from minor repairs to maintenance to small remodel projects. We bring to our service projects the same dedication to integrity, respect, and quality workmanship we bring to our construction jobs.
If you are a builder, carpenter, or craftsman who wants to challenge yourself on demanding projects, who wants to learn and grow, who enjoys teamwork, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in a job well done, then please email us: jobs@schultzmiller.com. We are looking for a Project Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of the construction process for high-end new homes and extensive remodels, often in the multi-million-dollar range. Must be a team player of high integrity who is skilled at estimating, forecasting, budget and schedule management, problem-solving, relationship building, and communications.
GRACEFUL CURVE Exciting to see this 6-panel, radial, lift & slide door unit at the Quantum Windows & Doors shop, custom built for a remodel we’re collaborating on with NB Design Group. Our crew has the existing window wall protected and ready for the new unit.
CELEBRATING WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION WEEK Mary began working with us while still a student at Seattle Central College's Wood Technology Center and joined us as a carpenter upon graduation. We’re grateful to have her on our field crew!
CELEBRATING WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION WEEK A shout-out to Jill (top photo), Heidi (bottom left photo), and Mary (bottom right photo) ... project engineer, project manager, and carpenter, respectively. The Schultz Miller team wouldn’t be the same without you!
BRIDGING THE GAP A footbridge leads to the elevated main floor of the house we’re building with architect Thomas Isarankura and BAAN Design. The house is perched on a steep slope with a commanding view of Puget Sound, making for exhilarating construction.
A MEETING ON THE FLOOR OF THE HOUSE No, not a Congressional hearing but a quick discussion on the job between carpenters Chris Cook, Kyle Cole, and Sean Cournoyer ... masks on, a minute or two of talk, then back to six feet apart.
