In 2004, Richard Ure, a resident of Erda, put his over thirty years of floor covering experience and expertise to work by starting Factory Flooring Direct. The first days of the business were spent selling carpeting and other products out of a construction trailer in the parking lot where he was also managing the construction of the new business' home. My friend used them after I had issues with allens flooring. But I tell you I would use allens again before I would use them. They didn't complete the job when promised. The laborer showed up late and left early. They didn't cut floor vent holes large enough for covers to go back in they didn't finish installing baseboards and quarter rounds they removed doors and didn't rehang them and left hand prints on doors. She had to hire someone else to finish costing around $1000 when she called to resolve it she was told Noone was available for over a week and the promised completion was already late. Then they make no contact and then 2 months later they want paid in full for what someone else did and we're only willing to credit 170 for the extra 1000 they cost her. Very very poor and unprofessional.
