When it comes to basements, we sometimes have to use water based epoxies, especially for older homes, to allow sub slab moisture, to pass through. Can also water proof your basement with a product from Koister which will allow us to top coat with any system, including metallic systems from Westcoat. On newer homes, with sub slab ventalation systems, we can use our standard 100% solid epoxies, both produce dramatic shine and light bounce. We usually apply smooth, no texture systems, with a gym floor type finish.
