With the help of ORFH and the development team, Yakima Neighborhood Health Services has transformed the former Roy's Market in Yakima into transitional housing for up to 40 chronically homeless individuals. The Center offers a resident manager and security patrols, as well as the services of two housing support specialists, transport to clinic services, and "home visits" from Neighborhood Connections. An Open House was held Feb. 15, 2019. Architects: Robert Ferry and Don Poston; General Contractor: Kitt Construction.
