Services
Deck Construction
Our design-build approach creates custom decks tailored to your property and lifestyle needs. We collaborate with clients to select optimal materials like composite decking or pressure-treated wood while ensuring structural integrity and code compliance. Every project combines advanced construction techniques with aesthetic design elements to create durable outdoor spaces that increase property value and provide decades of enjoyment.
Covered Decks
Covered decks provide protection from weather elements while extending living space. We integrate architectural elements like rafters and roof systems to create comfortable year-round outdoor environments. These structures enhance home value through improved functionality while allowing incorporation of lighting, fans, and custom finishes for personalized entertainment areas that seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living.
Under Deck Drainage
Trex RainEscape systems protect multi-level decks by channeling water away from lower structures. This innovative solution prevents moisture damage to underlying spaces while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Installed within rafters with 20-year warranties, these systems transform previously unusable areas beneath decks into dry, functional spaces that maximize outdoor property utilization and protect structural components from weather degradation.
Deck Repairs
Our repair services restore aging decks to like-new condition using premium replacement materials. We assess structural integrity, replace damaged components, and reinforce critical connections to ensure safety. This cost-effective solution extends existing deck lifespans while maintaining visual appeal, with options to upgrade to modern composite materials during repairs for improved durability and reduced future maintenance requirements.
Pergola Builder
Custom pergolas create defined outdoor living areas with adjustable shade options. Available in freestanding or attached configurations, these structures support climbing plants and integrate lighting or ceiling fans for enhanced functionality. We offer multiple design styles from traditional to contemporary, using durable materials that complement existing architecture while adding aesthetic value and expanding usable outdoor space for entertainment purposes.
