Preparing to Paint : Remove as many items as you can: shutters, house numbers, fixtures, outdoor furniture or any items that may by in the way. Protect any landscape plantings or items that can't be removed by covering them up with drop cloths. Also drop out any decks, flooring or surfaces to be protected.
