Sod Installation
Our professional sod installation begins with soil testing and preparation. We till the ground, add nutrient-rich topsoil, and apply starter fertilizer for optimal root development. We offer multiple grass varieties including Tall Fescue, Kentucky Bluegrass, and Zoysia. The service creates immediately usable green spaces while ensuring long-term lawn health through proper soil preparation and grass selection tailored to Northern Virginia's climate conditions.
Garden Design
We create customized garden designs through comprehensive consultations and site analysis. Our process evaluates soil conditions, sunlight exposure, and client lifestyle needs. We specialize in theme gardens including Country, Modern, and Oriental styles. The service incorporates native plants for sustainability while balancing aesthetic appeal with functional outdoor living spaces that meet each client's specific budget and maintenance capabilities.
Lawn Mowing
Our mowing service maintains optimal grass height to prevent stress and disease. We vary mowing patterns to prevent soil compaction and include edging along hardscapes. Professional-grade equipment provides clean cuts while following seasonal growth patterns. The service promotes healthy root development through proper cutting techniques and offers customizable schedules from weekly to monthly maintenance options for Northern Virginia properties.
Fence Installation
We install durable fencing solutions using wood, vinyl, and metal materials. The service includes proper post installation for structural integrity and consideration of local zoning requirements. Our installations enhance property security while complementing landscape aesthetics. We handle complete projects from material selection through permit acquisition and final installation, ensuring proper drainage and soil compaction prevention techniques.
Mulch Installation
Using organic and inorganic mulch options, we improve soil health while controlling weeds. The service regulates soil temperature, conserves water, and prevents erosion. We recommend annual replenishment for organic mulches while advising appropriate depth and spacing around structures to prevent pest issues. The treatment enhances garden bed appearance while supporting long-term plant health through improved soil composition.
