Opened a small flooring and furniture store in Geneva, NY. His store began to grow successfully and as a result of his success, John Church Sr. opened a store in Penn Yan in the early 1990's. His grandson, Michael Westfall, then became Manager, as he had been working in the family business since he was a child. The Penn Yan location was purchased by Mike in 2002. Mike and his wife Dee recently moved the store from Lake Street Plaza to the Keuka Business Park, to a beautiful new showroom.
