Ace Fence put up our fence at our new house that was build by DR Horton. We closed on our house in February. We noticed by the summer that there was several boards that were warp. After several homes around us went up we also noticed that their fence was stained and ours was not. That was the cause of the warp boards. For over a month I have tried to get someone from Ace to come out to replace my fence. I have spoke to the Manager Mark and have left 2 messages for the owner Larry, which has never been returned. Mark said he would send someone out. Someone did come out 3 weeks ago and replace some warp boards with the stain boards that were originally suppose to be put up. Now we have a stripped fence. The last time I spoke to Mark he said he would get with the owner Larry about replacing the fence and get back to me. That was 2 days ago. I have owned a business for 9 years and 2 for over 3 years.
