Robert founded Innovative Kitchens & Baths, Inc. in 1984. His philosophy, from the beginning, is "until the customer is fully satisfied, the job is not complete." Robert's hands-on approach means he is available to meet with or talk to the customers, organize the work teams and oversee the administrative and design functions. Robert is assisted by an office/showroom manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of IKB. The manager is the point-of-contact who keeps all of the projects running smoothly - interacting with customers, vendors and staff.
