We recently replaced our front door and French doors off the kitchen with new doors from Ultimate Windows and Doors. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the doors and with the service we received. Cassie came out to our home and was extremely helpful in helping pick out the options for our doors. Jennifer was great in keeping us informed on the progress of our doors and scheduling installation. Lindsey did a great job of installation. Paul and Cassie came out during the installation and checked on the progress and appearance of the doors.
The doors look wonderful – the front door is beautiful and adds so much to the appearance of the house. The morning after installation, the guys from our alarm company came to reset the door alarms and they were very impressed with the doors. They remarked several times how much they liked the way the front door looked. Several neighbors and relatives have seen the doors, and all have been very complimentary of the look and quality of the doors.
We are extremely pleased with the doors and the service we received – we made a good decision in purchasing from Ultimate Windows and Doors.

The entire process has been great! They came out quickly to look at/measure our windows and we had a very fair quote within a day. Installation went well and the crew was very respectful of our property. Jennifer was great to work with and Paul came out several times to follow up. I shopped around before deciding on Ultimate Windows and doors. I had all the windows in my home replaced I will tell you that I know I made the right choice. They were professional, gracious, on time and they cleaned up!

I had seven windows in my sunroom replaced by Window World. It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The windows were ordered in May 2020 and due to the pandemic they didn’t come in until August 2020. I can understand the delay in getting the windows but it was not until April 2021 before Window World came out and completed the issues with the windows they had installed. Their Costomer service is the worst. They would never return phone calls, I always had to call them. I am so glad I am done with Window World.
I had the rest of the windows in my house replaced by Ultimate Windows. Totally totally satisfied. The Ultimate Windows were ordered and installed before Window World ever completed my order with them. Can’t say enough nice things about Ultimate Windows and their customer service. Totally recommend ULTIMATE WINDOWS.

Too much to tell! Absolutely a pleasure to do business with. The previous owner of my house bought windows here, which I didn’t even know until I had a broken glass and happened to call this company to try and find a replacement. When they found out it was in fact purchased there years ago they gave me a new window free of charge, when I didn’t even know there was a warranty. With costumer service like this I will never recommend another company. Also the window are great I just happened to crack the glass.

We are so happy with our new french doors! The office and sales staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly. They made the process very easy! We will definitely be using them again in the future.
