Tim Lietaert experienced his first glimpse into the glass business when he was invited to work for the glaziers who replaced the windshield on his '66 Ford Mustang. Until then, Tim had worked seven years in retail with Long's Drugs, where he became the youngest department manager in the district. Glazing was a challenging and exciting field, but he quickly identified problems within the glass industry - disorganized project management, missed deadlines and miscommunication. With his background in retail customer service, these qualities weren't acceptable to Tim, then or now.
