Getting a chip in my windshield was frustrating. Working with Magic Glass to get it repaired was anything but. I spoke with Nick on the phone - first to get an estimate and a second time to schedule an appointment. He was so pleasant and kind - providing excellent customer service. Ron came out to complete the repair. He, too, was amazing. He explained the process and set my expectations given where the rock hit my windshield. He took his time and did such a good job repairing the chip, with the results being better than he expected! Ron is a professional - happy to answer questions and working hard to do the best job possible. Getting it right was more important to Ron than rushing through another job. This company is different - amazing customer service all around! Highly recommend!
