I guess I can take a little credit for that, I have a steady hand and an eye for minor details. Lines are cut with perfection, and no less! Touch-ups are done before inspection. Rooms are returned to their prior state. This includes the moving of furniture. Tape is removed. Floors and carpets are swept and vacuumed. All debris is removed.
